Sinan Islekdemir keeps two ledgers open at once. One is full of ferrymen, strip clubs, and lonely 3 a.m. streets — the raw material of his fiction. The other is full of raytracers, 3D engines, and network-recon tools built for no reason except that building them is fun. He's been running both since he was a teenager in front of a CRT monitor, and he hasn't found a reason to stop.

The Writer

Sinan is the author of the Tales of Purgatory series and several other novels published in both English and Turkish — The Bear, The Architect / Mimar, -miş, and the forthcoming But Me, I Was So Lonely That Night. His fiction lives in underground bars and rotten flats above strip clubs, narrated by characters who "speak with the dead, walk through fire, and fall apart" — dark, urban, unapologetically noir, with a dry wit running underneath. His books are out on Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Waterstones, and Google Play, and he shares work-in-progress with readers directly through Patreon.

The Coder

Started writing bootsectors to 1.44mb floppies and hiding tiny trojans in games to prank the kids at school. Never really stopped treating code like a toy — 38 public repos, 211 stars, and an Arctic Code Vault Contributor badge to show for it. Ships hobby projects across whatever language fits the mood: Payton (Python, 3D OpenGL+GTK), Blackbook (a pure Ruby 3D engine), Raylar (a Go raytracer), eXLang, and Tracemap, a local-first recon workbench for traceroutes, DNS discovery, port scans, and TLS audits.
